ModernDev builds apps designed to respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all ModernDev applications, including ModernNote.

What We Collect

Nothing. ModernDev apps do not collect personal information. We do not track users, collect analytics, serve ads, or share data with third parties.

Your Content

Everything you create stays on your device. Some apps support iCloud sync when enabled, which uses Apple's secure iCloud services to keep your data in sync across devices.

ModernDev does not operate external servers to store your content.

Apple Services

Some apps may use Apple system services like iCloud or Apple Intelligence. These operate according to Apple's privacy policies. ModernDev does not receive or process this data outside your device or iCloud.

What We Don't Do

Deleting Your Data

Delete your data anytime from within the app or by removing the app from your device. iCloud data follows Apple's standard sync behavior.

Children's Privacy

ModernDev apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
